We are seeking a candidate to fill our Union Representative position on our already successful team. This is a truly rewarding Business-to-customer position that offers one of the strongest compensation structures in the industry, there is no glass ceiling, and tremendous opportunity for advancement.
The harder you work, the more you make. This is truly a rewarding role. First year average earnings are $65,000, with potential of $72,000 with bonus.
DESCRIPTION : AIL Globe Life is looking for an enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated individual for the Associate position to work in a professional environment.
Management and advancement opportunities are available and extensive management / leadership training is provided for qualified candidates.
Prior experience is welcome, but not necessary. Corporate Training with Kertulis University's world-class training program within our Mentor-ship Model.
Also new agents receive hands on one on one training with the top leaders within the organization.
