About this role :
The Early Intervention Administrative Coordinator I provides vital administrative support to ensure high-quality service delivery within our Early Intervention Program.This position plays an essential role in maintaining efficient office operations, accurate documentation, and smooth communication among families, staff, and external partners.Schedule :
Monday through Friday, 8 am - 4 pm We are looking for people who have : High School Diploma or GED required.Minimum of two years of administrative or office experience, preferably in a healthcare or educational setting.Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).Would be great :
Experience in Early Intervention, pediatric, or educational programs.Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.Bilingual or multilingual abilities.Experience working with children or families in educational or therapeutic settings.The physical requirements for this role are :
Ability to sit and perform administrative duties for extended periods.Frequent use of hands, computer, and office equipment.Occasional movement including bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 lbs.Interaction with children, families, and staff in office and classroom environments.Occasional travel between program sites may be required.In this role, you’ll get to :
