About this role :

  • The Early Intervention Administrative Coordinator I provides vital administrative support to ensure high-quality service delivery within our Early Intervention Program.
  • This position plays an essential role in maintaining efficient office operations, accurate documentation, and smooth communication among families, staff, and external partners.
  • Schedule :

  • Monday through Friday, 8 am - 4 pm  We are looking for people who have : High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of two years of administrative or office experience, preferably in a healthcare or educational setting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
  • CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Would be great :

  • Experience in Early Intervention, pediatric, or educational programs.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
  • Experience working with children or families in educational or therapeutic settings.
  • The physical requirements for this role are :

  • Ability to sit and perform administrative duties for extended periods.
  • Frequent use of hands, computer, and office equipment.
  • Occasional movement including bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • Interaction with children, families, and staff in office and classroom environments.
  • Occasional travel between program sites may be required.
  • In this role, you’ll get to :

  • Provide receptionist coverage, including answering phones and greeting visitors.
  • Coordinate communication and documentation with Admin Coordinator II and other team members.
  • Maintain accurate records, assist with data entry, and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, client records, and program materials.
  • Support classroom and group activities through clerical assistance, supply management, and resource preparation.
  • Assist with procurement and inventory of office and classroom supplies.
  • Participate in staff, team, and supervision meetings.
  • Support outreach, fundraising, and special projects as needed.
