Responsibilities :
- Workclosely with management to lead engineering team on healthcareprojects
- HVAC / plumbingcalculations
- Buildingload analysis (Trane Trace or CarrierHP)
- Building / equipmentand programassessments
- Constructionadministrative duties including shop drawing review and RFI / projectcloseouts
- Mentor / trainjuniorstaff
- Completeprojects by duedate
- Build / maintainclientrelationships
Requirements :
- Bachelors Degree in MechanicalEngineering
- 12years of mechanical designexperience
- Experiencewith healthcare engineering planning and / orprogramming
- HVAC / plumbingdesignexperience
- Proficientin AutoCAD andRevit
Salaryis commensurate withexperience.
