AI Engineer Position

CTG is seeking to fill an AI Engineer position for our client in Phoenix, AZ. Duration : 12 months About the Role : Are you passionate about designing intelligent systems that push the boundaries of AI? Our client is looking for a forward-thinking AI Engineer to develop and deploy advanced machine learning and generative AI solutions. You will work on state-of-the-art AI technologies, including large language models, LangChain pipelines, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), transforming complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and ML solutions for enterprise applications.
• Build and optimize generative AI workflows with prompt engineering and LangChain integrations.
• Develop safe and responsible AI solutions using Safechain methodologies.
• Implement NLU / NLP models to extract insights from structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate AI into production systems while ensuring model reliability and performance.
• Continuously research and adopt emerging AI technologies to drive innovation.
