The Role :

  • Vice President, Client Management We’re looking for a leader.
  • Someone who thrives on solving big problems and delivering smart, strategic counsel to clients who play in high-stakes arenas.
  • As Vice President of Client Management , you’ll own relationships with major clients, ensuring they get the expertise, strategy, and execution they need to win in the public domain.
  • This is not a backseat role.
  • You’ll be the trusted advisor, the strategic partner, the project manager, and the driving force behind major initiatives.
  • What You’ll Do :

  • Client Leadership & Engagement : Serve as the go-to advisor for key New York-based clients, ensuring their priorities and goals are met and exceeded .
  • Build relationships that last.
  • Clients should see you as an indispensable strategist, problem-solver, and partner .
  • Oversee the execution of complex, high-stakes campaigns, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and deliverables are flawless.
  • Identify new ways to enhance strategy, efficiency, and innovation in client engagement.
  • Business Growth & Thought Leadership Spot opportunities.
  • Identify ways to expand client engagements and introduce new services.
  • Lead and contribute to high-profile pitches, proposals, and presentations .
  • Represent Moxie Strategies at industry events, networking forums, and thought leadership platforms .
  • Team Leadership & Execution Mentor and develop  junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and accountability .
  • Refine and optimize internal workflows—because efficiency drives impact .
  • Set the bar high.
  • Elevate the firm’s standards for execution, innovation, and results .
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • 5+ years of experience in client management, public affairs, communications, government, or a related field .
  • A proven track record of leading high-impact campaigns and complex projects .
  • Strong leadership skills - you inspire, mentor, and manage with confidence.
  • Exceptional communication skills   A strategic mindset and a tactical edge - you see the big picture and handle the details.
  • Deep knowledge of New York’s political, corporate, and nonprofit landscape You’re not just ambitious - you get things done.
