Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of hands-on experience providing technical support in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 10, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams, along with a solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support for end-users across the organization
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues on Windows 10 systems
Support and troubleshoot Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
Assist with network connectivity issues, including basic TCP / IP troubleshooting
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within Active Directory and O365
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and related hardware
Document incidents, resolutions, and maintain accurate support records in ticketing systems
Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
Provide remote support for offsite employees when necessary
Required Skills & Qualifications :
2–4 years of Desktop Support experience in a corporate environment
Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams troubleshooting
Basic networking knowledge (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy management
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
Knowledge of imaging tools and deployment processes
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator are a plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00 / hr.
