Senior Clerk / Organizational Development Office
This position will provide support to the office responsible for training, development, performance management, and employee engagement for District Seven.

Your specific responsibilities :
Performs data entry into the Learning Management System. Creates and proofreads documents and reports. Arranges SharePoint notifications. Scans, copies, and sorts information. Gathers or creates and disseminates information or documentation as needed. Operates standard office equipment such as computers, copiers, printers, and scanners. Answers telephone calls and assists customers who call and visit the work unit. Responds to electronic mail. Monitors service desk tickets for training support and assigns tickets to appropriate staff or personally assists customers. Maintains files and records. Schedules calendars. Reserves meeting spaces and equipment and ensures technical equipment is set up properly by Information Technology staff. Prepares travel documents for authorization and processes reimbursements. Makes travel arrangements for hotels, vehicles, and airlines. Updates the Organizational Development SharePoint site. Procures office supplies and training supplies. Prepares requests for centralized supply orders. Processes charges in compliance with current procedures, rules, and statutes. Supports Organizational Development Office staff with trainings, job fairs, career days, districtwide or statewide meetings, focus groups, and special events. Assists with coordination, set up, registration, passing out materials, providing information, and clean-up as needed. Provides back up coverage to the District Seven Front Desk Receptionist. Answers telephones, greets visitors, issues visitor badges, and follows established security guidelines. Provides information of a non-technical and routine nature. Serves on and supports administrative support and special events committees as needed.
