This position would work 1st shift during initial 2-3 month training period. After the training period, this position will work 7 : 30pm - 7 : 00am.

Job Description :

Under the guidance of the Call Center Supervisor, the Communications Operator plays a critical role in delivering excellent customer service by handling high volumes of calls efficiently and courteously. This position involves :

• Providing prompt and professional telecommunications support for all areas of the organization.
• Identifying the nature and urgency of calls through effective information gathering to ensure appropriate responses or referrals.
• Managing multiple telephone functions and maintaining call schedules.
• Handling sensitive information responsibly while utilizing specialized equipment and systems.
• Demonstrating the ability to work independently, especially during evening and weekend shifts, with minimal direct supervision.
