Schools in the area are seeking dependable individuals to serve as Substitute Paraprofessionals. This role plays an essential part in student learning, offering academic and behavioral assistance within classrooms and one-on-one support settings.

Ideal candidates should have :

Experience supporting children or youth in structured settings

Ability to remain calm and attentive in active environments

Comfort with assisting special education students, including mobility or hygiene tasks

Clear communication and teamwork skills

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

Ability to complete district compliance requirements

What you'll be doing :

Helping students stay engaged with lessons and assignments

Supervising during classroom and non-classroom activities

Encouraging participation and supporting individual learning goals

Assisting with physical and behavioral support needs

Supporting instruction based on teacher guidance

Monitoring student progress and offering redirection when needed
