Hiring Opportunity : Rossford OHOur client is looking for a 3rd shift Maintenance Technician to join their growing maintenance team! Our client specializes in metal parts assembly while also offering state of the art e-coat and powder coat services.
The 3rd shift maintenance technician will be responsible for repairing and maintaining plant equipment so it operates in a safe and efficient manner.
Qualified candidates will have experience in industrial maintenance to include pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical knowledge.
Responsibilities : - Repair and maintain plant equipment so it operates in a safe and efficient manner- Respond to equipment breakdowns and knowledge of LOTO (Lock-out- Tag-out)- Mechanical and electrical preventative maintenance (PM), greasing procedures, filter replacements, electrical inspections for excessive arcing / pitting, measuring amp draw, etc.
Perform repairs on items such as steel / PVC piping, hydraulic and pneumatic hoses, chain, etc.Qualifications : - Possess a working knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing 110v, 220v and up to 600v volt electrical circuits- Experience troubleshooting Relay logic, Motor Controls, AC / DC principles- Ability to read electrical prints and schematics- Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools (drill press, grinder, etc.
