About The Team

The Service Monetization team is responsible for building, maintaining, and securing systems that manage subscriptions for millions of Crunchyroll fans around the world.

About the Role

In the Software Engineering Manager, Account Services position you will :

• Lead the Account Services Team responsible for building and maintaining account services at massive, multi-million user scale.
• Oversee the development and operation of secure, reliable sign-up, login, and profile management services—the "front door" to our ecosystem.
• Ensure seamless user experiences across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, living room devices, and game consoles.
• Drive technical excellence, scalability, and security in all account-related services to support our fans worldwide.

You will report to the VP of Service Monetization. This is a hybrid position based 3 days a week in our Los Angeles or San Francisco offices.

The Pay Range for this position is $180,000 - $225,000 USD.
