Role and Responsibilities :
Are you passionate about crafting delicious dishes in a vibrant cafe atmosphere? Do you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment where teamwork and creativity are celebrated?
If so, we want you to join our culinary team as a Line Cook .
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including sandwiches, salads, soups, and daily specials, using fresh and quality ingredients.
- Follow established recipes and guidelines while also contributing to menu innovation and development.
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen area.
- Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency to meet our high standards.
- Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and well-maintained, including inventory management and rotation.
- Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth kitchen operation, including effective communication with other kitchen staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 1 year line cook experience (Preferred)
- Culinary training or relevant certifications (Preferred).
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious dishes.
