Finance Manager

Lead the development of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans to support organizational objectives. Oversee and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Monitor and optimize cash flow, capital expenditures, and working capital to maintain financial stability. Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and internal financial controls. Collaborate with production, operations, and supply chain teams to analyze costs, enhance efficiency, and allocate resources effectively. Evaluate and implement financial systems and software to improve data accuracy and streamline reporting processes. Direct internal and external audit activities, coordinating with auditors to ensure compliance and transparency. Supervise and develop finance team members, fostering growth and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, margin improvement, and enhanced profitability. Present detailed financial analyses and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in financial management within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis specific to manufacturing operations. Proficiency in financial systems and software, particularly those relevant to manufacturing environments. Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and guide teams. Proven analytical skills with a track record of driving process improvement and achieving measurable results. Ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions to enhance organizational efficiency. Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing costs and financial reporting processes.
