Logistics Customer Service Representative
Are you an experienced logistics professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? RemoteVA PH is looking for a Logistics Customer Service Representative to be the vital link between our clients and warehouse operations. In this role, you'll ensure timely and accurate order processing, routing, and shipping especially to wholesalers and retailers. You will play a key part in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring every order is delivered seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact for assigned clients : handle inquiries and provide real-time updates on orders, inventory, and shipping.
- Coordinate routing of orders to wholesalers, retailers, and other partners ensuring all compliance and routing guides are followed.
- Monitor and track orders using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and communicate proactively about delays or issues.
- Submit routing requests, schedule carrier pickups, and follow up on shipment status to guarantee on-time deliveries.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accuracy in order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage order exceptions such as cancellations, returns, and changes while keeping clients informed.
- Keep thorough documentation of all client communications, updates, and resolutions.
- Work with the WMS Manager to improve operational processes and service levels.
