The Role
We're seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to join our NYC-based marketing team. This role is the orchestrator of campaigns : owning the calendar, writing briefs, and ensuring flawless 360° delivery of both tentpole moments (product launches, brand activations, collaborations) and always-on programs (organic social, affiliates, influencers). You connect strategy to execution, align cross-functional teams, and are accountable for campaign delivery and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the annual campaign calendar; align priorities with leadership and commercial teams.
- Write strategic briefs that define objectives, audiences, channels, deliverables, and success metrics, integrating customer insights existing data sources and external research.
Lead always-on programs :
Organic Social : build monthly calendar, oversee content creation, manage publishing, respond to community signals, and report on performance.Affiliates : recruit / onboard partners, deliver briefs and assets, manage comms, optimize offers / content for ROI.Influencers : manage seeding pipeline and relationships; coordinate content rights / usage with Brand Design.Orchestrate 360° campaign delivery : ensure brand design team has the brief and project plan to produce on-brand creative; ensure commercial delivers site, CRM, merchandising, and analytics readiness.Manage budgets, timelines, asset trafficking, and approvals for launches and activations; proactively surface risks and tradeoffs.Coordinate channel rollouts across site, email / CRM, social, affiliates, influencers, and paid media (in partnership with performance consultants).Measure what matters : deliver post-campaign readouts with brand and commercial KPIs; translate results into clear recommendations.Create scalable playbooks (brief templates, timelines, channel checklists) and content governance for social and affiliates.Act as connective tissue across Brand, Commercial, and external partners; maintain tight alignment with internally managed PR.Requirements
7–9 years in integrated campaign management, brand activation, or marketing operations.Proven ownership of 360° campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels.Hands-on experience with organic social calendars, affiliate programs, and influencer seeding.Advanced project / program management; excels at cross-functional orchestration.Commercially minded with ability to link activity to revenue, margin, and brand KPIs.Excellent written and verbal communication; crisp briefing and stakeholder management.Fluency with project management tools, Google Workspace; familiarity with Shopify / Klaviyo helpful; basic Figma a plus.Ideal Candidate

Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. The estimated pay range for this role $120,000 - $140,000.
