Job description深入研究并开拓多类型线下渠道，包括： 专业美容仪器经销商 大型KA零售连锁 高端百货及美容连锁 专业美容院线与医美渠道 与关键渠道客户建立长期、稳定的合作关系，确保产品在门店端的最佳陈列、促销和销售表现。 根据不同渠道特性，制定个性化的 合作政策、价格体系、促销方案 ，确保渠道高效运作。 定期拜访核心渠道客户，维护合作关系，提升销售贡献。 代表公司参加 北美及国际美容展会、行业博览会及专业峰会 ，主动接触潜在合作伙伴，提升品牌影响力。 针对新品上市，制定并执行针对性的 线下渠道GTM（Go-To-Market）策略 ，提升新品在门店端的渗透率和销售表现。 收集线下渠道的市场反馈与消费者洞察，为品牌的市场推广策略和新品研发提供参考。 与国内总部及中台团队保持高效协作，确保销售计划顺利落地。 作为美国本地与全球团队之间的桥梁，高效推动跨部门协作，快速解决落地难题，拿到结果。 定期监控各渠道销售数据及KPI，形成结构化分析报告，并提出优化建议。 深入分析 线下市场动态、消费者趋势及竞争对手策略 ，为渠道策略及价格体系优化提供支持。 学历要求 ：本科及以上学历，市场营销、国际贸易、商业管理等相关专业优先。 经验要求 ： 3年以上 线下渠道销售或KA大客户管理 经验； 熟悉 北美线下KA零售体系 有美容仪器、美容科技、消费电子或高端生活方式产品相关经验优先。 技能要求 ： 出色的渠道开发与客户管理能力，能够独立完成从开拓到落地的全过程； 具备良好的数据分析能力与商业洞察力； 优秀的跨部门沟通及跨国协作能力。 语言要求 ：英语流利；具备中文沟通能力者优先。

作为 JMOON 渠道销售经理（线下渠道） ，您将负责在 美国及北美市场 推动 JMOON 高端美容仪器产品 在 专业经销商、大型KA零售连锁、高端百货及专业美容院线 等线下渠道的销售和市场渗透。
您需要与渠道合作伙伴建立深度合作关系，制定有效的销售策略，协同国内总部和美国本地团队，推动品牌在北美线下市场的快速发展。
岗位职责 | Key Responsibilities
1. 销售策略制定与执行
- 根据公司战略目标，制定并执行 JMOON 高端美容仪器产品线 在 线下渠道 的销售计划，确保完成季度及年度销售目标。
- 分析北美市场趋势、消费者行为和竞争格局，制定差异化的渠道销售策略。
- 定期跟踪销售KPI，及时调整策略，确保销售任务高效达成。
- 向美国本地管理层提交 销售数据、市场分析及增长机会报告 ，支持管理层进行决策。
