BMI Summer Intern
Student Intern to engage in mentored research and training activities related to both basic and applied Biomedical Informatics, including but not limited to : bioinformatics, translational bioinformatics, imaging informatics, clinical research informatics, clinical / medical informatics, and public health informatics.
Such activities will involve a multidisciplinary approach that incorporates an understanding and use of computer / information science, biomedical informatics, basic biological sciences, clinical science, and / or population science theories and methods.
Will join a structured summer internship cohort consisting of : conducting research and preparing research results; participating in scheduled seminars, talks or lectures;
participating in end of program evaluation. This position will operate under the direct supervision of a faculty mentor.
