Account Executive - Loan Sales (Hybrid) Location : Within 1 hour commute of HQ (CT) On Target Earnings - $150,000+ (base plus commission) Company Overview : New Silver is a fintech company dedicated to improving local communities by providing fast, convenient, and flexible capital to real estate investors.

Position Overview : Our Account Executives are the heartbeat of our sales force. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our real estate investor clients, who are searching for the best product that fits their needs.

You will guide clients through the application journey and make sure they receive excellent customer service and guidance.

You will work with underwriting and management teams to structure the loan and make sure we are exceeding both customer expectations and company goals.

Responsibilities : Handle 10-30 phone meetings per day. Warm leads are provided on a daily basis. Ensure sufficient phone, email or SMS follow ups are completed.

Identify client goals and objectives, help structure the right loan product to meet their goals. Originate commercial real estate loans, specializing in construction and fix and flip lending with a targeted production of $5M in closed and funded loans per month.

Evaluate collateral properties to determine their market value, condition, and potential risks. Structure loan transactions, including loan terms, interest rates, fees, and repayment schedules, while adhering to company policies and risk guidelines.

Collaborate with borrowers, real estate investors, brokers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information, address inquiries, and provide guidance throughout the loan process.

Maintain a high level of customer service by proactively communicating with borrowers, providing regular updates on loan progress, and addressing any concerns or issues.

Manage a pipeline of loan applications, ensuring timely follow-up and adherence to closing timelines. Manage a high-touch role while remaining accountable to productivity metrics and KPIs .

Contribute to the continuous improvement of loan origination processes, systems, and strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree. 2+ years of lending, banking or real estate experience required. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Verifiable ability to sell. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed lending targets while maintaining quality standards.

Proficient in using loan origination systems, CRMs, and other relevant software. Relevant certifications or licenses in real estate lending (e.
