CRD Collection Specialist

Regional Finance is hiring! We are seeking result-oriented individuals to join our growing team in Greer, SC. We offer competitive pay and excellent benefits.

We are offering a $1,000 joining bonus

The Collection Specialist interacts with the borrowers or their representatives during the collection and legal process.

This role includes :

Contacting delinquent borrowers or their representatives to discuss loss mitigation options, payments and settlements, as an alternative to potential collections escalation.

Working with our branch network to facilitate other curing options which could include refinancing.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Collections or consumer finance experience preferred

Outgoing, enthusiastic attitude and strong phone communication skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products

Must pass a drug screen, criminal, and credit background checks.

Compensation and benefits

Averages $22-25 / hr (Includes Performance-Based Incentive Pay)

Work Schedule Hours are 8 : 30AM-5 : 30PM Monday-Friday and 9-1 on the last Saturday of the month. Some flexibility is allowed in consultation with the General Manager.

This is a 100% in-office position with no remote work.
