Maintenance Technician
CMI Group is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician for our facility in North Phoenix!
Location :
North Phoenix (101 & Cave Creek Rd) - 2688 E Rose Garden Ln, Phoenix 85050
Shift : Full time, day shift
Eligible for Quarterly Shop Bonus, up to $300 per quarter!
Responsibilities :
Facilities maintenance
- Air compressors
- A / C’s typical routines
- Installations or factory needs
- Electrical fixes, and lighting replacements
- Plumbing on restrooms
- Roof leaks
- Other facility maintenance
Machine maintenance
- Machine Oil changes
- Filter changes
- PM routines Weekly, monthly, yearly
- Basic trouble shooting
Basic Qualifications :
- Basic mechanical skills
- Knowledge of hand tools and industrial tools
- Experience with electrical, mechanical and plumbing preferred
- Strong work ethic and self motivated
- Ability to lift moderate to heavy objects, up to 35 lbs. More with assistance.
- Ability to stand or walk the majority of the shift. Bend, kneel, stoop, squat as needed for tasks.
