Back of House Director
The Back of House Director is responsible for :
- Always delivering crave-able food, in a timely manner, that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A Quality Requirements
- Coaching the behaviors of all Team Members who work in the Kitchen.

Expert in all levels of BOH PositionsBe responsible for coaching Shift Leaders running breaks during their shiftBe responsible for ensuring new team members are trainedBe positioned in flex role during shift (support, secondarynon peakObserve and seek out learning opportunities through verbal coachingMeet with the Training Manager to receive updates and communicate progress with new hires (10% admin. time)Train with all Leaders on AHA and Food Safety systemsResponsible for AM / PM Leader TransitionsResponsible for ensuring all restocking and cleaning in the area happens before the end of shiftBehavior Characteristics :
