We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Data Entry Operator, Lockbox Management to join our Lockbox Data Validation team.
This role is located at Ross St, Pittsburgh PA, . Daylight Shift : am EST : pm EST, Weekends Required, off days Tue / Wed or Wed / Thur
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways :
- Daily completion of data entry functions
- Produce expedited, streamlined payment processing for our customers
- Handle specialized and sensitive customer accounts
- Assist with workflow execution, quality control checks, training partner activity and other senior operator duties as assigned
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following :
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and follow both written and verbal instructions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work in a high production, fast paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and learn multiple functions
- Leadership skills preferred
