As a LateralPartner you will play a critical role in driving the growth andsuccess of our clients firm. You will be responsible for developingand maintaining strong relationships with clients identifying newbusiness opportunities and leading projects to deliver exceptionalresults.

KeyResponsibilities :
Develop and maintainrelationships with clients to understand their needs and providestrategic business solutions
Identify newbusiness opportunities and lead the development of proposals andpitches
Lead and manage projects to ensuresuccessful delivery within budget and timeline
Collaborate with other partners and team members to develop andimplement strategies for business growth
Stayupdated on industry trends and developments to provide valuableinsights and recommendations to clients
Act asa mentor and coach to junior team members providing guidance andsupport to help them grow and develop their skills
Qualifications :
Minimum of 810 yearsof experience in consulting or a related field
Proven track record of developing and maintaining clientrelationships and driving business growth
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead anddeliver projects on time and within budget
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelors or Masters degree in Law
