Full Charge Accountant

STS Construction Services is looking for a Full Charge Accountant to join our Seattle team. The Accountant provides experienced services including standard financial reports, tax filings, payroll support, payables and receivables, reconciliations, and bank draw packages. This position supports general contractors and real estate development entities with bifurcation of responsibilities accordingly.

Overview of Responsibilities :

• Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management for multiple development entities
• Preparation of monthly financial reports
• Monthly / annual book closing
• Loan administration
• Preparation and filing of employment and sales taxes (multi-state)
• Payroll / HR backup
• Subcontractor compliance oversight
• Fleet oversight
• General administrative support
