The Supply Chain Analyst will coordinate, track and communicate the status of all inbound international freight. Coordinate with Private Label Developers and Distribution Center to ensure product is delivered on time.
Oversee relationship and day to day activities with Boot Barn’s freight forwarders and custom brokers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- to build relationships with the companies we do business with.
- invoices are reconciled and approved for payments on a timely basis.
- reports in Aptos for the EB team updates.
- transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
- to customers inquires
- all KPIs domestically and internationally.
- special shipping arrangements as necessary
- with our warehouse on any receiving issues and appointments
- and fixing shipping errors
- that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.
- processes, they make the supply chain more efficient and organized.
- verbal communication and problem solving skills.
- in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.
- high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.
- to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.
- any other duties that may be assigned by management.
Qualifications
- communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
- degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- year’s experience in corporate Retail Supply Chain / Planning / Buying / Allocation role.
- in MS Office : Word, Outlook, and Excel
- be detail oriented and accurate.
- be organized and have the ability to multitask.
- customer service skills - both written and in person.
- be extremely well organized, work well under pressure and be a strong problem solver.
- with good initiative.
- meeting multiple deadlines.

PAY RANGE : $25.00 - $26.45 / hr.*
compensation varies based on geography, skills, experience, and tenure
