Organizational Design Specialist - Jr. Project Manager
Overview This role is responsible for managing the projects that support the transformation / organizational design group to help move the business forward and support the strategy.
This position will work closely with the team and business partners to ensure project requirements, deadlines and schedules are on track.
As well as, define the project scope and understand the risks. As a member of our team you will have an opportunity to lead, strategize, influence, and enable business operators to achieve results through the effective org design implementation leave Lennar Associates Tickled, Delighted and Happy.
Responsibilities Principal Duties and Responsibilities : Manage a variety of internal projects and initiatives. Track progress, impact and value of all initiatives on a regular basis from initiation until closure.
Facilitate in setting up intake, project charters, and project updates for initiatives. Evaluate current processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement that support the org design strategy and methodology.
Provide recommendations to standardize and improve processes. Monitor project progression and evaluate performance. Provide timely updates and feedback on project status.
Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution. Facilitate change requests to ensure all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
Provide Change Management support as needed. #LI-JW1 Qualifications Education and Experience Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required
- Project Management Profession (PMP) is recommended
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in HR project management
- Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with planning, directing, and coordinating
- Ability to organize and present information in a clear and concise way to executive leaders
- Proficient in project management reporting and analysis Physical Requirements : This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the project manager to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs.
Finger dexterity is necessary. Additional Requirements :

- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
