Operational Support Manager
We are seeking an Operational Support Manager to join our team in Westwood. This role provides guidance and operational support to a group of sales professionals working in both in-person and remote environments. You will also manage two administrative support professionals. This is a hybrid position that requires you to be onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We are looking for a culture driver who will be the face of the office.
Key responsibilities include :
- Providing operational, technology, and administrative support to sales staff
- Assisting with reporting and operational support activities
- Managing, leading, and developing two operational support team members
- Ensuring compliance with company guidelines throughout all operational processes
- Delivering feedback, coaching, and guidance to drive skill improvement and team engagement
- Facilitating team meetings and events and communication of new initiatives
- Supporting the adoption and usage of new processes and technologies
- Partnering with internal stakeholders for the delivery of development programs
- Coordinating office administration, including inventory, property management, and vendor relations
- Assisting in managing contracts and compliance processes
