RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR :
- The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will coordinate and process customer invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to billing schedules and company policies. ✔️
- Conduct regular analysis of accounts receivable data to identify trends, detect anomalies, and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing disputes and ensure timely payment collections. 欄
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate records of customer payments, adjustments, and credit memos.
- The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will prepare and distribute monthly statements to customers, communicating outstanding balances and payment terms effectively.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR :
- Accounts receivable or similar finance experience.
- The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will have a strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- The Accounts Receivable Coordinator must have attention to detail and accuracy.
