Inside Sales Account Executive
Job Description
As a trusted advisor to Advantive’s future clients, the Inside Sales Account Executive will achieve quarterly sales objectives by managing and growing opportunities within your territory / region.
You will report to the Regional Vice President (RVP), Inside Sales and work under general supervision, seeking intervention from your manager on complex deals.
This position will partner with Product Management, Marketing and other sales specialists to identify opportunities to leverage Advantive’s complete technology offering which encompasses software solutions and services.
You will utilize inbound / outbound calls to pursue sales, develop account penetration strategies, and close business. You will be responsible for understanding Advantive’s product offerings and competitive landscape and identify new business opportunities by creating and implementing territory campaigns with management assistance.
Liaise with customer contacts for the purpose of managing the customer relationship, identifying new opportunities, and selling Advantive products and services.
Responsibilities
Close sales and achieve annual quotas
Research prospects, identify key decision makers and generate interest
Leverage internal relationships with and work closely with Advantive's Sales Support ecosystem
Building and maintaining a territory business plan
Generating new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Tracking sales opportunities and provide reports of current sales funnel, including win and loss, using CRM (Salesforce.com)

Qualifications
- Great understanding of Quality Management Solutions (QMS)
- Strong motivation for sales
- Ability to problem solve and use consultative selling skills
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills in English with high level decision makers : ability to listen to clients' needs and communicate clearly solutions in response to them
- Ability to build partnerships
- Autonomous self-starter
- Willingness to travel on occasion, although this role is expected to travel rarely
- Ability to navigate a competitive sales cycle
- Knowledge of related ERP, MES, SPC technologies
- Understand and familiarization with common business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM)
- General understanding of manufacturing and distribution practices and principles
