Location : Tampa FL

Pay Range : 60-65$ / HR

Job Description : Core Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on Java experience , using the

Spring technology stack

(Spring Framework, Spring Boot) with

Java 21

Strong understanding of

microservices architecture , including designing and building

low-latency, high-TPS gRPC APIs

Proficiency in

SQL database design and data modeling , with experience on

CockroachDB

and

Oracle (19c)

Proven experience

architecting and implementing multi-region CockroachDB clusters , including

geo-proximity routing

to support high availability and low-latency applications

Strong experience with

event-driven and messaging systems , including

Kafka

and

MQ

Solid understanding of

application, data, and infrastructure architecture

Experience collaborating across systems to design and deliver

end-to-end architecture solutions

At least

1 year of experience

with modern

UI JavaScript frameworks

such as

React ,

Angular , or similar

Working proficiency with modern

development toolsets , CI / CD pipelines, and build tools

Strong awareness of

industry-wide technology trends , best practices, and emerging patterns

Additional / Preferred Skills

Java 21 full-stack development

gRPC

and

Envoy Proxy

Spring Framework / Spring Boot

CockroachDB

(multi-region deployments)

Oracle 19c

Kafka

and enterprise

message queues (MQ)
