A company is looking for an I-9 Administrator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Work with client employees through web conferencing to ensure accurate completion of Form I-9
Verify employment eligibility documents and enter information into Form I-9 Section 2
Provide guidance on the I-9 process, resolve discrepancies, and respond to client inquiries
Required Qualifications
High school degree or two years of customer service-related experience
Prior HR or I-9 experience
Experience with data entry and Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to prioritize multiple work items and analyze documents
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
