We are seeking an e-DAT Analyst IV to join the firm. The e-DAT Analyst IV will be responsible for collecting electronically stored information (ESI) from data repositories such as Microsoft 365, G-Suite, Slack, and mobile devices as well as providing advanced administrative and technical support for clients and case teams in RelativityOne. The role will require strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate closely with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- ESI Collection: Assist clients in collecting data from various sources, including Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and mobile devices.
- Microsoft Purview: Work with client IT to coordinate access, manage litigation holds, draft searches over email, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint, and export and validate data collections.
- Google Vault: Assist clients with searches and exports over Gmail, Google Drive, and other Google Workspace applications.
- Mobile Device Collections: Coordinate with external vendors to capture custodians’ mobile device data, then search and report from Cellebrite InsEYEts and export RSMF and UFDR for processing in Relativity.
- RelativityOne Administration: Manage workspaces, handle ESI processing, and oversee/conduct analysis, review, and production operations.
- ESI Processing: Conduct raw ESI ingestion, deduplication, email threading, and advanced deduplication techniques in RelativityOne.
- Analytics Expertise: Utilize analytics features such as concept clustering and communication mapping to help identify evidence.
- Training and Support: Provide training to internal and external clients, co-counsel, and experts on RelativityOne and related eDiscovery technologies.
- Project Management: Assume project management roles for large or complex cases, managing timelines, risks, and communication with stakeholders.
- Best Practices & Risk Management: Adhere to best practices and evaluate risks when deviations are necessary.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (B.A. or B.S.)
- 5+ years of litigation support experience in an eDiscovery or law firm environment
- Proficiency in ESI collection techniques, specifically Microsoft Purview, Google Vault, and Cellebrite InsEYEts
- Proficiency in RelativityOne administration
- Experience with data processing, document review, and production
- Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging RelativityOne
- Certifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), CEDS, or relevant certifications in the collections space are a plus
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Team-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Prior experience supporting multi-office user groups is highly desirable
- Remote position with ability to work in-office as needed based on client and case requirements, local office requirements, and practice group needs
Compensation Salary $72,000 - $136,000
The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
