We are currently seeking a Welding Renovator!
Welding Renovators are responsible for assisting with the exterior maintenance of several properties with an emphasis on stair stingers and treads
Responsibilities include :
- Welding and replacing stair stingers and treads
- Traveling to different locations to assist with exterior property maintenance
- Inspecting property exteriors and identifying possible concerns
- Maintain equipment in proper condition - work with supervisor to identify and report any problems
- Adhering to company safety standards to maintain a safe work environment
Requirements :
- Prior welding experience
- Ability to operate various tools
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
- Effective communication skills
