Accounts Receivable Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

Billing : Ensure accurate and timely invoices are created and sent to customers. Corrections as needed for quantity or pricing issues.

Customer Collection Activity : Call / email customers for payment of past due invoices. Maintain relationship with outside collection agency.

Credit : Review all customer orders placed on credit hold. Process potential new customer credit applications. Review customer requests for changes in payment terms.

Customer Payment Process : Post all customer payments daily. Work with customer, sales, and customer service to resolve payment issues. Process customer account adjustments as needed.

Reporting : Weekly AR Trend Report. Monthly DSO Reporting.

Customer Care

Backup : Process customer orders, create shipping documents, and troubleshoot customer concerns. Proactively manage shipping and delivery with transportation and shipping departments.

Other accounting / finance projects as assigned by Finance Manager.

Skills : Accounts receivable, Collection, Accounting, Invoicing, Data entry, Billing, Receivables, Customer service, Reconciliation, Cash application.

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

Associates Degree in Business, preferred. Bachelors degree in Business.

1-2 years previous AR / Collections experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

ERP experience

SageX3 preferred.

Demonstrated ability to work in an organized manner while maintaining deadlines.

Strong attention to detail.

Team player that wants to be part of a fast-paced organization.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
