Data Center Project Management Senior Director - East Region

The Senior Director of Project Management for the East Region is a senior leadership role responsible for strategic planning, execution, and successful management of a large team supporting a hyperscale data center client. This individual will lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, design managers, and engineers. The Director will drive process improvements, manage client relationships at a high level, and contribute to the company's growth and profitability. Data Center construction experience is preferred.

The role includes :

• Financial performance management including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Regular interaction with clients to ensure goals and objectives are established and achieved.
• Managing and leading project management staff and ensuring thorough staff understanding and implementation of operations, policies, and procedures.
• Supporting project management staff operating in an outsourced capacity with the client.
• Developing new business growth and maintaining existing business relationships.
• Ensuring adherence to corporate governance policies and procedures.
• Identifying complex project risks and developing risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Overseeing the preparation of accurate, timely, and complete reports to the client and company.
• Participating in civic and business organizations and maintaining relationships with industry and trade associates.

Required qualifications include :

The compensation for this position ranges from $200,000 to $235,000 annually, plus a discretionary bonus. Benefits include 401(K), dental, health, life, and vision insurance.
