Channel Partner Program Manager
This is a remote position.
Summary : Take charge of a high-impact Channel Partner Program at a fast-growing, modern bookkeeping firm. Be the first dedicated hire in this function, then build and lead a team to scale up a thriving national partner ecosystem.
About BooksTime : BooksTime is an ambitious, modern bookkeeping firm. We take the hassle out of financial record-keeping for small businesses. We've enjoyed 9 years of continuous growth, largely driven by referrals from happy clients and their advisors, such as CPAs and fractional CFOs, as well as partnerships with other professional service providers. We're looking to build on this success by scaling up a Channel Partner Program.
The bookkeeping industry is changing fast. In the US, there's a massive shortage of qualified bookkeepers. However, as remote work becomes the norm, small businesses can benefit from working with the best bookkeepers no matter where in the world they are located. However, most small business owners don't know how to find and effectively manage overseas talent. That's where BooksTime comes in.
BooksTime currently has around 115 staff in 5 countries : the US, where we're headquartered, as well as Georgia, the Philippines, UAE, and Ukraine.
With a global model, we can hire the best, most highly qualified bookkeepers in the world, pay them good wages, and because of lower costs of living abroad, still offer affordable prices to clients.
Traditional bookkeeping firms are inefficient, expensive, and often provide subpar service. By leveraging our remote, global workforce, as well as modern automation and AI tech, BooksTime is able to deliver higher quality bookkeeping at prices every business can afford.
What You'll Do : While we have developed a number of partnerships over the years, there have been no full-time staff at BooksTime dedicated to our Channel Partner Program until now. However, given the incredible promise shown by the partnerships we've developed so far, we are eager to scale up the program. At first, you'll act as a hands-on individual contributor, bringing in new partners and laying the groundwork for further expansion. When ready, you'll step back to hire, train and manage a team to scale up the program.
Phase 1 : Individual Contributor (Approx. First 6 Months)
Phase 2 : Team Building (Next 6 Months)
Phase 3 : Program Leadership (Long-Term)
This role reports directly to the CEO.
