• As an Enterprise IT Tech with Vālenz, you’ll provide remote IT support for staff and executives, ensuring a smooth and positive user experience.
• You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues; manage and escalate support tickets; and administer Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams Voice, and other cloud services.
• You’ll also contribute to process improvements and documentation that strengthen IT efficiency and service delivery.
