THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS ROLE

Schedule :

As our New Patient Front Desk Receptionist, your typical work schedule will be on Monday and Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and a half day on Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM.

Tasks :

You're the friendly face at our front desk, answering inquiries from new patients and ensuring their intake process is seamless. You'll manage marketing funnels, engage with new patients, and contribute to a WOW experience. Your day involves check-ins and check-outs, rescheduling, payment collection, and handling insurance and benefits verification.
