Program Director for Children's Gymnastics
The Program Director position is a career-level position that helps manage the day to day operations of the gym as well as teach classes.
This position is eligible for benefits including 401k matching up to 4%, paid time off, paid holidays, health insurance, and opportunities for advancement.

Job Summary :
- Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
- Oversee the full of breadth offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met
- Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members
- Coordination of supplemental Little Gym Programs, (i.e. camps, birthday parties, parent survival nights, etc.)
