Seeking a Construction Project Manager with experience in industrial or commercial construction with a focus in complex MEPs.
My client is a growing firm based in South Florida with projects throughout the US - low travel requirements, but there will be day trips to visit projects out of state once per month.
The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle
- Manage project budget
- Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Expertise in industrial or manufacturing construction
- Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
