Bone-A-Fide Pet Care has immediate openings for enthusiastic dog and cat loving people for part-time pet sitting in the 27608, 27609, 27612, 27613, 27615 and some areas of 27614! We hate to call it a job because what we do is so much fun and very rewarding! While we take the care of pets seriously, it is a fun way to earn extra part-time income.

Our Openings : Accepting applications from those living in 27608, 27609, 27612, 27613 and 27615 only.

We would consider those in 27614 zip if close to Creedmoor and Norwood Roads to Six Forks and Durant Roads. Unfortunately we can not make exceptions to this requirement.

We offer a flexible schedule. Let us know when you are consistently available in your application! We provide service every day of the week, all year.

Our peak visit times are 7am-9 : 30am, 11am-3pm, 4-7pm and 8-10pm (primarily 8-9pm). We have immediate work available! Pet Sitter Qualifications : Must reside in one of the following zips : 27608, 27609, 27612, 27613 and 27615.

Also 27614 if you are close to Norwood and Creedmoor Rd to Six Forks and Durant Roads. Typical of this industry, we are not able to make exceptions to this requirement.

Recent experience with dogs, whether volunteer, professional, or with personal pets with a positive attitude and desire to learn.

Comfortable with dogs of all sizes. Experience with cats a plus! Able to walk 20 to 60 minutes with the average walk 30 minutes.

Comfortable with occasionally lifting up to 40lbs or so. Be 21 yrs or older Must have a current valid driver's license, reliable personally owned car and current auto insurance.

Have a smart phone to use our pet sitting app. Must be able to pass a criminal background and DMV check. Extremely reliable (pets are depending on you!), honest to a fault, trustworthy, and compassionate with a strong work ethic and genuine love and concern for animal well-being.

Able to make a minimum 9-12 month commitment. What We Offer : Gross monthly income of $300-$800+ a month depending on your availability.

Our hourly compensation is between $16-$22+ depending on the requirements of individual clients. Additional compensation is offered for holiday and evening pet care.

Milestone compensation increases based on performance and longevity with our company. Company bonuses at company discretion.

Tips when provided by clients Flexible schedule. Pick the days and times you are available on a consistent basis! Independent yet supportive work environment We have a track record caregivers working for us from a few years to 9+ because we believe in compensating our caregivers well, creating an enjoyable and independent yet supportive work environment and work / life balance! We want visiting client pets to be an enjoyable part of your day all while earning great part time income! What we do : Take dogs out for a walk with most being 30 minutes.

Some clients want them to play in the yard. Give lots of pets and love too! Great exercise and fun! Play with / engage with cats giving them pets, love, brushing and pampering! Ensure safety of pets at all times.

Proper pet waste pick up and disposal for dogs, scoop litterboxes and properly dispose of waste. Feed, give treats, refresh water and if applicable give medication, all following client instructions.

Light house sitting care such as bringing in mail, packages, rotating lights and blinds, trash day service, watering houseplants.

Sending clients a short happy visit note and pics of the fun their furkids had with you! Get lots of love, wags, woofs and headbumps and purrs from all the furbabies you visit!
