This role is located in our Milwaukee, WI offices on-site.

What You’ll do :

• The Enterprise Engineer is primarily focused on Microsoft 365 administration, Windows Server Support, Active Directory administration, VMware administration, and responds to alerts in a 24 / 7 / 365 environment over 50+ locations globally.
• Serve as an Enterprise Infrastructure member responsible for troubleshooting and maintenance. Responsibilities include : Microsoft 365 Tenant administrator, Server Administration and Support Microsoft, VMware, & Linux, Windows Active Directory & Group Policy management, SCCM Server and Endpoint patching, software packaging and deployment
• Remediate security vulnerabilities. Respond to systems alerts, triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents that impact application delivery to the business.
• Restoration and recovery of backups and snapshots for servers. Communicate directly with end-users to resolve issues and complete requests.

Perform root cause analysis and documentation post event.

Handle incoming technical escalations from Service Desk, Network Operations Security Center, Tier II, and other support teams.

Document, track, and coordinate incidents in ServiceNow.

What You’ll bring :

• BA / BS + 8 years of applicable experience and strong troubleshooting of Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10 and Server), Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, network issues, print server, IIS, VMware, Azure
• Flexibility to work MON FRI, 8am 5pm and weekends as needed. Work on-call rotation to respond to incident escalations after hours (nights / weekends)
• Global Administrator experience in Microsoft 365 environments. Strong scripting and PowerShell skills
• Experience building, configuring, hardening Windows servers. Advanced experience with Active Directory and Group Policy management & administration
• Superior customer service and prioritization skills. Ability to prepare and present executive level briefings to senior leadership and any relevant Microsoft Windows administrator certification
