About the Role :

The Product Management Director serves as a strategic leader for product development and innovation within the Supply Chain and Logistics domain.

This individual will be responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the successful delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.

The Product Management Director will report to the VP, Product Management.

Responsibilities Include :

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap : Develop and lead the product strategy and roadmap for the Supply Chain and Logistics domain, aligning with the overall company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence : Conduct market research, analyze competitor strategies, and identify emerging technologies to inform product direction and ensure competitive advantage.
  • Requirements Management : Gather and document business and customer requirements, translating them into clear product specifications.
  • Prioritization & Execution : Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business value, market need, and feasibility.

Oversee the execution of product development projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner effectively with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to deliver successful product launches and ongoing improvements.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize data analysis, metrics, and user feedback to inform product development decisions and measure product success.
  • Stakeholder Management : Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including executives, business partners, and customers, about product vision, progress, and results.
  • Area-Specific Expertise : Possess deep knowledge and understanding of the Supply Chain and Logistics domain, its specific challenges, and emerging trends.

About The Pay :

  • Base Salary Range : $140,000 - $160,000 Annually

About You :

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in the Supply Chain and Logistics domain.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of product managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business needs into product solutions.
  • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
