Position Overview

This leadership role is responsible for driving the strategic marketing of a portfolio of continuing education programs, membership initiatives, and major organizational events. The successful candidate will design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that strengthen the organization’s brand, increase program participation, grow membership, and enhance its position as a leading professional association.

Responsibilities

Continuing Education Programs

• Lead marketing strategy for an extensive portfolio of continuing education offerings.
• Develop targeted campaigns to increase enrollment and maximize attendance.
• Partner with subject matter experts and program directors to identify value propositions and target audiences.
• Create and implement marketing plans for seminars, workshops, certifications, and other flagship programs.
• Monitor performance, analyze metrics, and apply data-driven improvements.
• Expand the digital presence and promotion of online learning opportunities.
