Our mission is to help our locations manage their financial operations efficiently and effectively, allowing them to focus on their core business operations.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
• Prepare monthly financial statements for multiple companies
• Reconcile bank accounts monthly
• Review of employment tax returns to insure accuracy
• Report analysis and findings to management team

Qualifications :

• An accounting degree is strongly preferred, or an associate's degree with relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating clear and concise interaction with team members and stakeholders.
• The ideal candidate for this position should possess a fundamental knowledge of GAAP, as well as possess the ability to effectively multitask, demonstrating strong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

Additionally, they should exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience with client relations, experience in the healthcare industry, knowledge of industry-specific regulations, and experience with accounting software.
