This role involves ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, resolving billing issues, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
Requirements
Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments.
Receive, record, and apply incoming payments
(checks, ACH, wire transfers, etc.).
Maintain accurate aging reports and update AR ledgers regularly.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account status.
