The Business Development Specialist is responsible for developing new business relationships and securing contracts in the Central Texas region.

Responsibilities include :

• Responsible for overall Business Development and Sales process which includes client and project pursuits, RFPs, proposals, key wins and losses, industry activities and other general BD / marketing / Sales responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain industry relationships to support opportunity growth
• Review public RFPs, identify opportunities, and track them in a CRM system
• Identify leads and opportunities and track them in a CRM system
• Write technical proposals that meet the requirements of RFPs
• Conduct industry presentations and facilitate online events (webinars, industry workshops)
