Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager / Producer to join our team at Trucordia. The Account Manager / Producer will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of existing group medical accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of group medical insurance carriers / products along with strong knowledge of ancillary products as well, excellent sales skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. This position will work closely with clients to identify their insurance needs, provide tailored solutions, and offer ongoing support and service.

Compensation : $45,000 -$62,000 commensurate on experience
