Mission :
- Drive predictable, scalable revenue through the orchestration of inbound, ABM, event, and advocacy channels.
- Build a Bowtie-aligned growth system that compounds — reducing reliance on paid while increasing efficiency, automation, and revenue velocity.
What You'll Be Doing :
Architect and lead the Bowtie-based growth system that fuels acquisition, activation, expansion, and advocacy.Own inbound pipeline generation, conversion, and optimization across paid, organic, partner, influencer, and event channels.Build scalable ABM programs that create high-intent demand within target accounts.Partner with Events to tie every activation, in-person or digital, directly to measurable pipeline and revenue impact.Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing to align new and expansion revenue goals under one integrated growth strategy.Work closely with RevOps to define attribution, velocity, and ROI metrics across the customer journey.Leverage AI and automation to improve campaign execution, personalization, and decision-making speed.Collaborate with Content and Creative to develop storytelling that doesn’t just engage but converts.Lead and mentor a high-performing demand generation team that thrives on clarity, accountability, and creative problem-solving.Manage up effectively — bringing data, insight, and strategic perspective to executive-level discussions.Identify opportunities to reduce paid dependency by optimizing organic and lifecycle loops.What Makes You the Hero for This Job :
Have owned revenue accountability, not just lead volume.Are fluent in HubSpot — workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, automation, reporting, and attribution.Understand and have applied the Bowtie model (or similar full-journey frameworks).Have built or scaled ABM and inbound systems that compound over time.Know how to orchestrate AI, automation, and human creativity into one performance engine.Partner seamlessly across Sales, RevOps, Content, Lifecycle, and Events to create alignment and impact.Can coach, lead, and elevate others while staying grounded in data and performance.Have experience in B2B, B2C, or hybrid marketing — ideally where storytelling meets measurable growth.Get energy from collaboration and competition — you want to work with people who challenge you, not just agree with you.Are motivated by building something big, not maintaining what exists.
