Director Of Revenue Operations
Schoox, LLC is seeking a dynamic Director of Revenue Operations to join our team and drive our revenue growth strategies. This role is crucial for aligning sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to optimize our revenue processes. You will lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, enhance performance metrics, and ensure accurate reporting while fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Revenue Operations team to build a high-performing, collaborative unit.
Serve as a strategic business partner to the executive team, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to shape the company's go-to-market strategy, planning, and execution.
Oversee data collection and systems integrations throughout the revenue process all the way customer renewal, ensuring seamless integration and alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience.
Design, implement, and manage sales compensation and commission plans in partnership with Sales and Finance leadership to drive desired behaviors and achieve revenue targets.
Oversee the entire go-to-market technology stack strategy, including vendor selection, budget management, and roadmap development, ensuring tools like Salesforce and Gainsight are optimized for scalability and efficiency.
Lead the annual and quarterly planning process for the go-to-market teams, including territory planning, quota setting, and headcount modeling.
Drive the accuracy and efficiency of revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting, delivering actionable dashboards and insights to executive leadership.
Establish and enforce operational processes and best practices across the revenue lifecycle to improve productivity and ensure data integrity.
